How Does the Incentive Work?

*This incentive is made possible through a partnership between R. Fralin Homes and Alcova Mortgage. Buyers must finance their purchase through Alcova Mortgage to take advantage of the incentive. Alcova Mortgage will provide its applicable contribution toward your purchase, while R. Fralin Homes will contribute the remaining amount needed to bring your total incentive to up to $15,000. See below for details on each contribution, including applicable terms and conditions.

Provides lender credit up to 1.5% of your total loan amount

for use on closing costs, pre-paids, discount points, or rate buy-down fees.

To receive the Alcova Mortgage portion of the incentive, buyers must obtain their mortgage through Alcova Mortgage and meet all applicable eligibility requirements. The Alcova Mortgage contribution is subject to their terms and conditions.

    *Lender credit will be 1.5% of the total loan amount, up to the lesser of $7,500 or the maximum Interested Party Contribution allowed from ALCOVA Mortgage, LLC (ALCOVA) in your particular transaction.
