Yes, things happen when you build something as complex as a new home and especially when you have some many projects at one. Out new home is no exception, there were a few issues that had to be address, and they did fix everything. The few issues that have come up after closing also have been taken care of promptly and exactly as the warranty states.
What you will find is a really nice home for the price. They use higher quality items like Moen faucets and good quality HVAC and Water Heaters along with decent cabinets. These are items and details that you will not find in homes built by the national firms that are slowly making their way to Roanoke. Once they get here, you will see how good R. Fralin Homes really are. We now have a beautiful home and one that we are proud of. We are grateful for everything that was done to make this home special and so well made."
